Everyone must fill out a waiver before departing the campground – no exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel trips at our discretion due to weather or river conditions. We also reserve the right to refuse river service to anyone who appears intoxicated or who we believe is unable to handle our rental crafts in a safe fashion. You are responsible for negligent loss or damage to our equipment.
  16. Please come and enjoy our campground, the river and our part of West Virginia. Please understand that the Greenbrier River Campground is privately held and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Those using our facilities do so at their own risk.
