Reservations require full payment at time of booking. Option available to split payments into 50% deposit and 50% payment at arrival for stays over one week or when booking multiple units (must be done via phone).

• Cancellation & Refund Policy:

*All cancellations must be done via phone and will incur a minimum $5 processing fee.*

Cabins & Airstream Rentals:
Cancellations at least 30 days before arrival are fully refunded minus $5 processing fee.
Cancellations at least 14 days before arrival are refunded 50%.
Cancellations within the 14 day period are non-refundable. 

RV and Tent Sites:
Cancellations at least 14 days prior to stay are refunded full minus minus $5 processing fee.
Cancellations at least 7 days prior to stay are refunded 50%.
Cancellations within the 7 day period are non-refundable. 

River Trips:
Cancellations at least 48 hours prior to booking will be fully refunded.
Cancellations by Greenbrierriver Campground due to weather or river conditions will also be fully refunded. 

* Reservations for stays of 30 days or more require a 30-day notice of cancellation.
We have no control over the weather, the fish or the river and do not issue refunds for acts of nature or cancellations of local events.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the site you reserved, however, we are a small Campground and due to the popularity of the park, we cannot guarantee that the site you selected when you booked your stay will be assigned to you upon arrival.
