SEASONAL & MONTHLY STAY GUESTS

  1. Guests agree to rent an RV site (no bailment is created), on which is placed, entirely at the guest’s risk, a recreational vehicle that has been approved by GBRC management.
  2. Guests are responsible for keeping their RV in good material and visual condition. If advised by management to make changes, the guest agrees in good faith to do so promptly.
  3. Guests are responsible for maintaining their own electric meter directly with First Energy unless the site is submetered. Submetered sites usage will be billed monthly at current First Energy rates.
  4. Payment is due on the 1st of every month and can be paid via cash, check or credit card (credit cards have a 4% processing fee) at the office.  Payment can be made in any installment as long as there is a minimum monthly amount paid which will be listed in your Seasonal confirmation.
  5. A $25 late fee will be added if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.
  6. Seasonal Rate includes 8 months from April 1 – November 31 with free off season storage.
  7. Guests may not have any appliances, sheds, or other permanent structures outside your RV unless approved by GBRC management.  Building new structures on the campsite (including digging, trenching and excavating) is not allowed without campground permission.
  8. Seasonal guests are permitted to store their RV on their site free of charge during the off season. Proper winterization of RV is required. Water to each site and bathhouse will be shut off during winter months.
  9. The RV and all vehicles must fit on the designated site. Guests may not park on the grass for any reason.
  10. Any vehicles that do not fit on the site must be parked in the designated overflow parking area.
  11. Decor/Flag Display: Decorative items should be kept inside your fence if you have one. NO political, religious or special interest group posters, flags or displays of any kind are allowed except for USA, Canada or military service flags – please help us keep the campground a neutral location for outdoor fun where all feel welcome.
  12. Guests agree to use the premise for camping only. Site use and occupation is not transferable to others including subletting and short term rentals.
  13. Guests agree to carry their own liability and comprehensive vehicle insurance during the term of stay.
  14. This property is privately owned and the guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that they hereby release the campground, it’s members and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to their person arising out of their use of its camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the Campground, it’s members and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property and injury to the person or any member of the family or guests of the camper, arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
  15. Guests agree to furnish to the campground keys to the camper entrance doors and hitch locks and to grant authority to move Guests’ RV at the campground’s discretion in the event of fire, high water or emergency. However, Guests acknowledge that the campground is not responsible for moving guests’ RV in the event of high water or other emergency.
